上海碳酸钙厂始建于1932年，是国内最早用于沉淀法生产轻质碳酸钙的专业厂。1953年在国内首创生产活性碳酸钙，1959年在全国首先开始生产医药用碳酸钙为全国药厂配套。“美”字牌碳酸钙在国内碳酸钙行业中为唯一享受出口免检产品。工厂生产的工业级轻质碳酸钙早在1981年度被评为化工部优质产品和上海市优质产品。1980-1981年国内首创制造SG超细活性碳酸钙、发酵用碳酸钙和食用碳酸钙。本企业是全国第一家获得医药用碳酸钙生产许可证的企业，现成为许多中外合资企业和大型药厂的原料供应商。
目前上海碳酸钙厂已成为国内一家生产系列碳酸钙专业企业，工厂主要生产药用碳酸钙、食用碳酸钙、轻质工业碳酸钙、干法、湿法轻质活性碳酸钙、重质系列碳酸钙（100目-3000目）、重质活性碳酸钙、重质研磨碳酸钙、精细氧化钙、精细氢氧化钙、微晶石蜡等产品。工厂具有十分先进的生产工艺和测试设备，特别是药用碳酸钙，可以生产符合美国、英国和欧洲药典标准的产品。食用碳酸钙可生产符合FCCIV版标准的产品。

Shanghai calcium carbonate factory, the first factory for precipitated calcium carbonate was established at 1932. We initiated active
calcium carbonate in 1953.In 1959,we started to supply domestic medical
factory. Our product is with
P. W. E in domestic trade. In 1981,our product
( P. C. C ) was awarded Chinese chemical
industrial ministry high quality product and Shanghai high quality
product.1980-1981, we initiated SG-202 ultra-fine active calcium carbonate、
ferment calcium carbonate, and food calcium
carbonate. We are the first enterprise with
medicine manufacture license in China. Now we are the supplier of many domestic domestic and foreign medical enterprises.

produce: medical calcium carbonate、 food calcium carbonate、
technical precipitated calcium carbonate、 dry and wet method active carbonate、
heavy calcium carbonate(100 mesh 3000 mesh )、heavy active calcium carbonate、
